Abstract

The studies were performed to investigate the antitoxicty of phanylalanine and tyrosine to the ochratoxin-A(OA) in the K562 cell-line labeled 51Cr in vitro.
@ES The results of this experiment were as follows:
@EN 1. Average number of the CPM were inhibited significantly (p<0.05) at dose levels of OA (125¥ìM and 250¥ìM).
2. Average munbers of the CPM of the antitoxicity of phanylalanine to OA were promoted significantly (P<0.05) at all dose levels of OA groups added phanlalanine (10¥ìM) compared to control and OA group.
3. Average numbers of the CPM of the antitoxicity of tyrosine to OA were promoted significantly (P<0.05) at the dose levels of OA group(60¥ìM-125¥ìM) added tyrosine(100¥ìM) compared to control and OA group, but, average numbers of the CPM of the
antitoxicity of tyrosine to OA were inhibited significantly (P<0.05) at dose level of OA group (250¥ìM) added tyrosine (100¥ìM) compared to control and OA group.
